Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Pawfence is a hygiene and consumable product. For safety and quality reasons, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

The exception: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@salutriremedies.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us as soon as possible.
