At Pawfence, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across India. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message/email followed by shipment tracking details after dispatch.
2. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping charge of ₹70 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
- Orders above ₹499 are eligible for free shipping.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–4 business days post dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5–6 business days post dispatch.
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options, subject to service availability in your area.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor shipment status in real-time.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
In case an order is returned due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping charge of ₹70 will be applicable for re-dispatching the order, including orders originally eligible for free shipping.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please report the issue immediately at support@salutriremedies.com.

Currently, Pawfence delivers across India only.
